Jaggery Powder Manufacturing :- We are the manufacturer of Natural Jaggery Powder, Organic Jaggery Powder, Jaggery Balls, Jaggery cubes, Palm Sugar, Mooligai Sakkarai & Sugar Cane. Jaggery making is a simple process comprising crushing of sugarcane for juice extraction, filtration and boiling of juice for concentration and then cooling and solidifying to give jaggery blocks. The juice is extracted from conventional crusher; this is then filtered and boiled in shallow iron pan Process Of Jaggery Made : Our team process the crop right at the farm. The thatched shed is the makeshift sugarcane processing unit that is shifted from one ready-to-harvest farm to another. A massive furnace is dug into the ground. The juice is poured into a large pan that can hold almost 400 to 500 litres and stirred continuously with the fire underneath being constantly adjusted.
