Mini Chocolate Babka Ingredients  4 servings 3 cup wheat flour 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp brown sugar 1/2 cup honey to taste salt As needed water Chocolate glaze 100 gm dark chocolate 30 ml milk 3 tsp jaggery powder 1/4 cup oil 2 tbsp cocoa powder Steps For the dough, in a bowl mix flour, yeast, sugar, oil, salt and half the amount of water and knead until the dough begins to form. If the dough is too dry, gradually add a little more water. Knead for another 6-7 minutes until the dough is soft and smooth. Transfer the dough on a floured surface, and create a round shape of it. Cover the dough and let rise for about 1 hour or until it doubles in volume. Cinnamon Brown Sugar Sweet Potato Wedges Ingredients for 1 serving 1 sweet potato 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 tablespoon brown sugar ½ teaspoon cinnamon MAPLE CINNAMON DIPPING SAUCE ½ cup greek yogurt(145 g) 1 tablespoon maple syrup ¼ teaspoon cinnamon Preparation Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C). Cut sweet potato into wedges. Place in large bowl. Heat up coconut oil in microwave in 15-second intervals until melted. Mix in brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour mixture into large bowl of sweet potatoes wedges. Mix together until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes, or until soft. For best results, flip halfway. While wedges are baking, prepare dipping sauce by combining ingredients in a small bowl and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy! Brown Sugar Pound Cake Ingredients For the cake 1 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 2 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 5 large eggs 3 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1 cup sour cream 1 cup chopped pecans For the glaze 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a tube pan, or 12 cup bundt pan with baking spray. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine butter with sugars, and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy for several minutes. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixer. Beat on low while slowly adding the sour cream, just until fully combined. Banana-Brown Sugar Ice Cream Ingredients 1 1/4 pounds (600g) very ripe bananas (6-7 medium), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch (1 cm) slices 3/4 cup (135g) light or dark brown sugar, or jaggery 2 cups (500ml) coconut milk or full-fat sour cream big pinch of sea salt 1 teaspoon dark rum 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional: lemon juice Method 1. In a wide skillet or saucepan, heat the brown sugar with one-quarter of the coconut milk or sour cream, stirring, until smooth and bubbly. 2. Add the bananas and salt, and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the bananas are soft and completely cooked through. It should take about five minutes. 3. Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, room temperature 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar, packed 1 large egg, room temperature 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups (186g) all-purpose flour, sifted 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon corn starch pinch kosher salt 5 ounces milk chocolate chunks, plus extra for the top of the cookies INSTRUCTIONS 🍪Preheat oven to 375°F. 🍪In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. 🍪In a large bowl, add brown sugar. Pour butter over brown sugar and mix to combine. 🍪Add in egg and vanilla and whisk until fully incorporated. 🍪Add flour, baking soda, corn starch, and salt to brown sugar mixture. Mix by hand until combined. The batter will be coarse and appear dry. 🍪Coarsely chop the chocolate and add to the batter. No Bake Peanut Butter Bars Ingredients: 10 tablespoons butter room temperature, divided 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups peanut butter 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips Instructions: 🌭Line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with a foil sling for easy cleanup and coat with nonstick spray. 🌭In a large bowl, cream 5 tablespoons butter, brown sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Mix well and press into prepared pan. 🌭In a small, microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and remaining 5 tablespoons butter for 1 minute.  🌭Stir carefully and continue to microwave in 30-second increments until smooth, stirring after each increment. BEST DAMN INSTANT POT BONELESS PORK CHOPS INGREDIENTS: 2 pork chops, boneless 1″ thick 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 tbs butter 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke INSTRUCTIONS: 🥓Mix spices and brown sugar and rub into both sides of pork chops. 🥓Set Instant Pot on saute (high) and add tablespoon butter. Once hot, add pork chops and brown on both sides for 1-2 minutes each. Remove pork chops and set aside. EASY TRADITIONAL RED SANGIRA Ingredients: 🍷1/2 medium apple (cored, skin on, chopped into small pieces) 🍷1/2 medium orange (rind on, sliced into small pieces, large seeds removed // plus more for garnish) 🍷3-4 Tbsp organic brown sugar (or 3 Tbsp (37.5 g) organic cane sugar as original recipe is written) 🍷3/4 cup orange juice (plus more to taste) 🍷1/3 cup brandy (plus more to taste) 🍷750 ml bottle dry Spanish red wine* 🍷~1 cup Ice to chill Instructions Add apples, oranges, and sugar to a large pitcher and muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon for 45 seconds. Add orange juice and brandy and muddle again to combine for 30 seconds. Add red wine and stir to incorporate, then taste and adjust flavor as needed. CINNAMON BROWN SUGAR LATTE Ingredients ⚫½ cup brown sugar ⚫½ cup white sugar ⚫1 large cinnamon stick (or 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon) ⚫1½ cups of water ⚫1 tsp of vanilla extract ⚫Espresso (or your choice of strong coffee) ⚫Milk ⚫1-2 tablespoons of Cinnamon Dolce Syrup Instructions MAKING THE SYRUP Bring the water to a boil and turn the heat down to medium. Add cinnamon stick (or 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon) and cook it for about 15 minutes. Add sugars and vanilla extract and mix until the sugars are entirely dissolved. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until it is reduced by half and hits a syrupy viscosity.
