You can use a bamboo steamer, a stainless steel steamer, or even the steamer basket that comes with your rice cooker if it is large enough to hold the rice. Bread Halwa Recipe for Toddlers Ingredients: ⚫Whole wheat Bread  – 4 ⚫Milk – 1 cup ⚫Palm Sugar/ Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup ⚫Homemade Ghee – 4 tbsp ⚫Cardamom powder – 1/8 tsp ⚫Cashews – 5 ⚫Raisins – 1 tbsp METHOD: 🍞Keep all the ingredients ready. Cut the bread into cubes. 🍞Heat a thick bottomed pan with 2 tbsp of ghee and add cashews and raisins, fry them until golden brown. Remove from the pan once done. Then add bread cubes. 🍞Toast the bread cubes for 5 minutes or until crisp and golden brown in color. Add milk slowly. 🍞When all the milk is added, cook it on a low-medium flame for 10-12 minutes or until the bread is mashed and soft. Give a stir occasionally. 🍞Once the milk is almost completely absorbed, add brown sugar and cardamom. Mix well.
