Ingredients Of Amchoor ki Launji
300 Gram Whole amchoor
200 Gram Jaggery
According to taste Salt
3 Gram 3Red chilli powder
A pinch of Turmeric
3 Gram Coriander powder
2 Gram Kalonji
2 Gram Cumin seeds oil
How to Make Amchoor ki Launji
Boil the amchoor in water and leave aside.
Heat oil in a handi and add the roasted cumin seeds, kalonji and the rest of the masalas and in the end the amchoor.
Crush the jaggery into pieces and add to the mixture. Add a little water.
Cook till the jaggery dissolves and the liquid thickens.
