Sweet Potato Chocolate Squares
Ingredients:
200 gm mashed sweet potato
100 gm apple sauce
80 gm melted coconut oil
120 gm whole wheat flour
30 gm jaggery
25 gm cocoa powder
5 gm baking powder
5 gm baking soda
50 gm chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180° C and line up an 8 x 8 square cake ring.
2. In a medium bowl mix apple sauce, coconut oil and mashed potato.
3. In another bowl take all dry ingredients and pass it through a strainer.
4. Add in the apple sauce and mix well. Pour the mix in a lined tray.
5. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips in it and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
