Ragi nanakhatai:
1 cup ragi flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 besan flour
1 cup powdered "brown sugar"
1 tspn baking powder
1/4 tspn baking soda
1 spoon curd
1 cup melted butter
1 spoon rava
1 spoon cardomon powder
🍪In a bowl, mix well sugar with butter, add all ingredients together one by one. Make it like roti dough. If that dough is too try add 1 or 2 spoon milk.
🍪Pinch medium size ball , press in a palm and make it circle shape and placed in a tray.
🍪Place a almond or pista in centre of nanakathai.
🍪Preheat the oven for 180 degree celsius and keep tray for 20 to 25 minutes. Finally Ragi nankhatai yummy and healthy snacks ready😍😍😍
