Jaggery Paratha
Ingredients
1 serving
1 cup Kneaded Dough for paratha
20 gram "Jaggery"
As needed desi ghee
Steps
Take kneaded dough and roll it in a circle shape and apply desi Ghee. Now spread crumbled jaggery pieces in middle of the circle.
Fold the circle in half and close the ends with the help of fork like this.
Put this semi circle paratha on a pre-heated pan. Cook on each side well until it turns golden brown.
Cut into half & serve hot, garnishing the top with some jaggery.
