Jaggery Rabdi
Ingredients
1 litre milk
250 gram jaggery
1/2 tablespoon cardamom powder
50 gram ginger crushed
Steps
Firstly crushed the jaggery and boiled the milk.
Then in milk add jaggery, crushed ginger and cardamom powder and on sim flame cooked till, milk get thickened. Stir it continusaly.
After thickened of milk, switch off the flame and served in bowl.
Eat it hot, it's winter delicacy.
