Green Bean Compote, Jackfruit, Banana and Sugar Palm Fruit
Ingredients
1 handful green beans was and drain
500 ml clean water the compote sauce
300 ml thick coconut milk or according to taste
300 gram jackfruit, cut according to taste
150 gram sugar palm fruit (you can buy in asian grocery)
4 banana ade not to ripe (cut according to taste)
1-2 pandanus leaves
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Steps
Provide a pot, pour water together with brown sugar. Boiled until boiling. When the sugar has melted, remove and filter the water, pour the filtered brown sugar water and place it in the pot again, add the green beans and boil until it boils, then turn off the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes then boil again until it boils and the green beans are cooked.
Then put the pandanus leaves and banana in it. Boil for about 5 minutes Pour all the coconut milk slowly.
When it is warm, add the kaling and jackfruit.
Boil over medium heat to cook it and while stirring, do not let the coconut milk crack and clot, cook until it boils.
If it feels right and cooked, remove and serve while warm.
