Panakam Popsicles Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups Water
1/2 cup Jaggery
1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
A pinch of dry ginger powder (optional)
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Juice of half a lemon
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes to dissolve the jaggery completely.
Strain the jaggery water.
Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze overnight or until set.
To remove the popsicles from the mold, run the water on the outside of the molds for some time until the ends are loose.
