Ragi juice recipe | how to make healthy finger millet juice recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup whole ragi | finger millet
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tbsp powdered jaggery
3 black pepper
2 cardamom husked
Instructions
Dry roast ragi in a saute pan for a minute.
Grind roasted ragi, pepper, jaggery powder,cardamon and little milk to smooth paste.
To this add the remaining milk and grind (pulse twice or thrice).
Strain the liquid and serve.
