Ingredients:
4 servings
1 cup Gooseberry
1/2 cup Jaggery
2 tsp palm sugar
Steps:
🍡Wash and take gooseberries.In idli pan arrange gooseberries and steam it for 15 mins.
🍡After steaming. Cut the gooseberries into small pieces and keep it aside.
🍡In pan add jaggery add little water and boil it for 10 mins.After that filter it and then again boil it for 10 mins.
🍡Cool it now add gooseberries in jaggery syrup
🍡Keep this bowl close night to morning.In morning take gooseberries from Jaggery syrup.Put it in sunlight for 6 hrs.
🍡And then again add this gooseberries into same jaggery syrup and keep it close.
🍡In morning keep gooseberries in sunlight Repeat this process for 3 days.
🍡Now it's ready,gooseberries absorbs Jaggery syrup and became dry.You can add sugar instead jaggery.
🍡In mixie add 2 tsp of palm sugar.Grind it into powdered form.Now mix it well to gooseberries.
🍡Store it in airtight container.Healthy gooseberry palm candy is ready
