2 cups brown sugar
¾ cup water
Pinch of kosher salt
½ cup (1 stick) butter
Method:
🥃In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar with the water and salt and bring to a boil.
🥃Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
🥃Add the butter and stir until melted.
🥃Allow to cool slightly before serving.
